Puck Wacki

Puck Wacki (2002, Arnhem) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Rotterdam/The Hague (NL). In their artistic practice Wacki questions human perceptions of human-made systems and machines, including constructs such as time.

In their research, they dissect and manipulate machines to discover and reshape their meaning by placing them in different contexts and functionalities. Through sound and installation, she highlights the tension between the spiritual and the technical, revealing a more poetic perspective beyond what the machine itself offers.

Wacki is part of Helicopter studio an artist initiative in The Hague and cofounder of Wasem, a platform for experimental sound art and performances.
